BarrierTek-PG (PO) OSB is a fire-resistant latex paint specifically designed for use on wood substrates oriented vertically primarily on single family housing to reduce flame spread, smoke development, and create a protective barrier between adjacent properties. Specifically designed for harsh climates.
For detached single-family applications, wall sheathing is treated on one side with ProTEKtor-PG (PO) and installed with the treated side facing outward in new developments. Infill construction must have the treated side facing inward unless explicitly stated
